First look at last year’s crossings.

These are the first results of last year’s crossing and have not “settled down “ yet, after a few more blooms, perhaps , one can evaluate further.

The first could be a replacement for the  extinct belted show pansy John Rodgers- possibly.

The deep bottom petal on the second attachment, pale self, might remain this size as it  is still about a week from being fully open.

The third is odd as the bottom petal is not covering the two side petals as normally happens, but is under them, however the texture attracts the eye, even if everything else is wrong for exhibition, and it will be interesting to see what later blooms look like.
