A reminder of some Florist NAMED exhibition violas, fancy pansies and show pansies

Taking some time off from  taking new cuttings I thought it might be a change to show some NAMED Florist cultivars.-with acknowledgement to Wullie Wallace, Scottish Society President, who forwarded them to me some time ago.

They all need different treatment to produce show class blooms ,but the starting point is to obtain some cuttings which are only available from a very few members of the two societies , the National and the Scottish one.-joining either means that contact can be made during the year , or perhaps more normally at the AGM’s, and stock obtained along with free advice.

Betty Dale’s colour is never replicated in bedding violas ,neither is the style of Jessie Taylor nor the simple Penelope.
