Flowering again

This viola cornuta,BLUE MOONLIGHT, has been in the same position, due south all year long.

A previous post showed the plant being cut back to a few inches about six weeks ago and now, if anything the, flowers are now bigger and brighter .

The Second attachment:-

I apologise for requesting info from viewers, as it has nothing to do with Florist violas etc but

The SECOND attachment is of an unknown tree- seed brought in by the birds- and  in the pot , plant about five years old- in which it  germinated .If anyone knows what this might  be please let me know.

It has been suggested that it might be either a tulip tree or a Indian bean tree.

No other house in my road contains anything like it.
