Some florist show pansy seedlings of a "belted" type

At present only a few florist pansy’s of this type are in cultivation. The yellow belted Blackfauld’s Gem and white belted John Rodger. These are now many years old.

These two 2010  seedlings have the benefit of much vigorous plant growth, and in my opinion slightly better form than their parents, but still lots of work needed to reach a quality flower governed by the standards laid down by the National Society for Violas and Pansys.See the contact page on this site to locate the treasurer if interested in joining .
